Digital Product Placement
Using proprietary technology from the UK, Whisper Media aims to digitally input products and brands into post production content. This content can range from movies to TV shows and can even include music videos. Traditionally, brands spend a lot of thier marketing budgets on traditional advertising models like the average 30 second spot advertisment. In the age where the consumer has so much choice, the possibility of grasping the brands message through that advertisment is very limited. Featuring products within the content is the only other viable alternative because there is an already captive and attentive audience.
Product placement itself is not a new phenomenon but its effectivness has been limited due to the amount of stakeholders involved in putting together a deal before the production has even begun. Now, with Whisper Media, we are able to take already edited content and create sellable inventory for brands across a multitude of different types of content.
