Dropmysite
How it works?
Websites and databases use FTP/SFTP for their backups. Email backups are done with IMAP. Dropmysite makes email backups even easier with predefined email providers being shown. Users can schedule backups at their convenience and add as many websites, databases and email accounts as they like. Backups can be downloaded and restored or restored to the original host. All data stored with Dropmysite is encrypted. Backups cannot be deleted for 30 days (in case your Dropmysite account gets hacked).
How does the referral program work?
Dropmysite offers a referral program that allows you to email, use social media or insert links into your website etc. and in turn get free space as well as offer your friends an additional 256KB of space when they join. Users can get up to 4GB of free space.
