We use a lot of business cards to network and we understand the difficulties of doing so. Firstly, it's frustrating to input information from them into our mobile phones and secondly, most of them do not have any photographs so we often had a hard time remembering who's who. Thirdly, when our friends changes their jobs, emails or even contact numbers, we have a tough time trying to be updated.

At noddon, we aim to introduce a new way of networking. Imagine you could set yourself to be discoverable, like a WIFI signal, and at the scene of the networking (whether at a conference, in the office or even at a casual gathering), people could find one another through a list of nearby users and send requests to exchange contact cards. Once the request has been approved, the involved parties' contact cards are exchanged automatically into each other's respective mobile address book and a friendship bond is formed between them. Any subsequent changes they make to their profiles or contact information would be automatically propagated to all their friends' address books, ensuring everybody is always updated.

As noddon values the privacy rights of each user, we have built group management and privacy controls as fundamentals of our infrastructure, ensuring user's total control on which aspect of their profile of information they would like to share.
