I wish to open an Hosteria. Hosteria is an concept of Italian Restaurant serving moderately priced meal with a seating of 120 to 150 seats. It would serve simple and authentic home food dishes in a trendy atmosphere. The Concept is equivalent to French Bistro.
- will serve an authentic Italian home cuisine presented with Local attitude, within a contemporary, trendy, modern space, using top quality fresh products from europe.
- A welcome open kitchen and grill + a wood Oven will be featured inside the restaurant ,
- A Charcuterie Bar counter and a low bar will be the key attractions of this restaurant as it would play old Italian movies from Cinecitta during dinner time as part of the Deco.
- In addition to the glass wine displays that lead to well –appointed private dining rooms, Patrons of the Hosteria can enjoy various dinning experiences alongside the chef table.
